Email Marketing

In February, we sent out the first of the new On Location email marketing campaigns for Steppes Travel. This newsletter is sent to over 5,000 subscribers and is designed to promote the hands-on experience of the Steppes' travel consultants.

Our email campaigns include full tracking giving Steppes unparalled transparency in their marketing. Steppes are able to see who has opened the email and on which links they clicked, enabling them to tailor their service to clients' demands.

Our emails are designed to encourage viral marketing incorporating a 'forward to a friend' button. Our system also automates unsubscribes and new subscribers.

We will shortly be launching Steppes Travel's redesigned E-News email campaign, focusing on special offers and late deals.

Results: Over 40% open rate for the email, and 50% click through rate to the Steppes Travel website.


   

Pay Per Click Management

Since taking over the management of the Steppes Travel's advertising on Google, we have refocused their PPC campaign and are delivering quality leads to their website, helping Steppes to achieve higher conversions and ROI on their Google campaign.


   

Search Engine Optimisation

While our Steppes' optimisation programme is in its initial stages, we have already seen some dramatic improvements in their search engine positions. We already have 8 page 1 positions on Google for the 10 terms we are optimising. These improvements have resulted from simply ensuring each optimised page on the site is configured correctly with title tags, keywords, descriptions and heading tags.

The next stage of our SEO service is to improve their off-page optimisation, focusing on links and article exchange.

Results: We have already achieved 8 first page listings on Google and MSN and expect these improvements to accelerate over the coming few months.
